Pick up procedure

 

  1. your items will be ready in 7 days. You will need your receipt to pick up or the name and phone number that your items were purchased under
  2. We do not call when your order is ready , and we do not check over the phone . If it has been 7 days you can come in and pick up. we will only contact you if there has been or will be a delay in the firing of your item(s).
  3. We only hold items for 45 days, if you do not pick up after 45 days it is considered abandoned and we will get rid of the items .
